Help with your account, food logging, and subscriptions.
Contact support
Email support@everycal.ai. Include your device type, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, sign-in code, payment details, or sensitive health information.
Purchases and subscriptions
In EveryCal, open Settings → Subscription to restore purchases or manage your subscription. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Refunds and cancellations are handled through the store that billed you.
Privacy and data
You can manage AI and health permissions, delete analysis images, or request account deletion in Settings → Privacy. Analysis images are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
