Request deletion without the app
Email support@everycal.ai with the subject “EveryCal account deletion request.” Send the request from your account email and tell us you want your EveryCal account and associated data deleted. If you used Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in your Apple account settings.
We will verify ownership before deleting your data. Do not send a password, payment details, health records, or a sign-in code. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will tell you if additional time is required.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your EveryCal account, profile, diary, saved foods and recipes, uploaded media, health integration records, reports, preferences, and sign-in sessions from our active systems. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Records required for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention, or security purposes may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can also delete individual entries or all analysis images without deleting your account. Analysis images are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your EveryCal account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through your store account to stop future renewal. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own retention requirements.
